Join us in celebrating ArtWeek with the art of pickling on Saturday, 4/28, from 12-2pm! Fermentation aficionados Chef Jon Gilman and Head Brewer Alex Corona of Brato Brewhouse + Kitchen will be at the Castle Island Brewing Co taproom lending their knowledge and pickling prowess to this hands-on event. Learn the basics of pickling, pickle your own vegetables, and enjoy a pint of our newest pilot beer brewed specially for ArtWeek and paired perfectly with the featured pickles.


This is a ticketed event and your $40 ticket includes:


Pickling 101 class with Jon and Alex
Two 16oz mason jars
All pickling supplies
Recipe card and pickles to take home
