The age-old question: how do I sell my art? In this interactive workshop you will learn how to engage, confidently present your artwork, and build a lasting impression on your customers. There will be time dedicated to discussion and exercises. By the end of the workshop you will have a strategy to sell your work both in person or online.
About Anna Koon (she/her/hers): A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, Anna Koon lives and works as a full-time visual artist in the Boston neighborhood of Jamaica Plain. In addition to being in the studio throughout the week, she is the Founder and Director of the Focusing Series, which offers professional development workshops tailored to artists. Anna has taught for various organizations throughout Massachusetts. She brings her years of experience as a small business consultant and entrepreneur to the classroom, and she offers ongoing support to artists as a creative coach.
Arlington Center for the Arts is pleased to be presenting our learning series as a part of our annual Arlington Open Studios event, theĀ Artist Toolbox Series. This selection of professional development workshops for artists are open to the public and are intended to build community and mutual support among local artists working at all levels while offering practical tools for building confidence, resilience, and sustainable business practices.
