$1 Oysters return to Artisan Bistro on Mondays, starting June 17th, from 5pm to 7pm and to kick-off the celebration, Artisan is offering a special event on that day where Chef de Cuisine Micole Rivera Suárez will shuck Wellfleet and Powder Point oysters for $1.00 each to be served with Cisco's all-new and exclusive draft, CranTUCKET Brut Rosé IPA. Representatives from Cisco Brewers will be onsite on June 17th as well to connect with guests over classic and approachable craft beers.


The new CranTUCKET Brut Rosé IPA is crisp and tart with a dry finish and a beautiful light pink body. It's hoppy yet approachable and offers an aroma of sauvignon blanc, white grape, tropical fruit, and cranberry. Its dry flavor pairs well with Wellfleets known for their mild sweet flavor, brininess, and a crisp clean finish, and Powder Points which are salty and sweet with a strikingly clean finish.
