April Break Garden Planning Workshop
Part I: April 17 (Tuesday), 10am–11:30am
Part II: April 19 (Thursday), 10am–11:30am


Take part in a guided arts and craft activity where children and their families become designers, landscape architects, and farmers. Part collage, part drawing, and part seed starting activity. Leave with a plan and seeds of your own.


Part I (Tuesday): Plan a “kids” garden for 2018 whether you plan to grow one, or just for fun. Get easy to grow, easy to pick suggestions for a “pizza” garden or a “salsa” garden.


Part II (Thursday): Start seeds for your “kids” garden and bring your garden blueprint to life! You’ll leave with the seeds to grow your own 2018 garden.


Farmers will be on hand to lend tips, answer questions, and set participants up for a green 2018!
