BYTS CATEGORIES: (1) - Voice, (2) - Instruments, (3) - Dance

Please fill out the form and attach (1) a clear copy of your passport or US ID, (2) a JPEG file of your artistic photograph with a size of 300KB to 600KB, and (3) a PDF copy of your music score (no need for dances).
For video submissions, please submit a web link of YouTube. DO NOT submit a video file! Video files in MP4 format in the links are recommended. For requirements of video recording, please refer to Video Requirements.
Boston Youth Talent Spectacular (BYTS), also known as the WeStar 2023 Spring Concert, is a grand event organized and funded by WeStar Academy of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. Students aged 6 - 19 may participate in this fantastic show after applying through a mass video audition. Most students are from the metro-Boston region.
Upon video auditioning, individuals selected to perform at the BYTS show will be eligible to advance directly to the Semi-Final Round of Boston Int’l Music Competition held from April to July 2023. Those applications that are not selected for BYTS performance will be evaluated in the BIMC First Round preliminary competition.
This application is for video audition ONLY and does not guarantee that your program will be accepted for a performance on the Boston Youth Talent Spectacular show. The videos will be evaluated by a team of artists for BYTS. If your program is accepted for BYTS show, you will be notified by email for proceeding. The team reserves the right to decide any and all programs for the BYTS show.
