Join Seven Hills Pasta Co. in a lovely evening exploring the culinary background of the Italian island of Sardinia. In this hands-on pasta class we will learn how to make saffron gnocchetti sardi, also called Malloreddus. We will learn the difference between different types of flour used in pasta making and talk about what makes this region of Italy so unique. Our fresh pasta will be served in a lovely meat bolognese and we will also provide a vegan option. The expert sommelier at City Winery will then pair our gnocchetti sardi with a red Cannonau wine and a white Vermentino.


Come celebrate the flavors of Sardinia with us, learn how to make pasta from scratch and indulge in some lovely summer wines at City Winery Boston.
