Please join us in our program series Navigating Diabetes Through Food and Community, a two-week program with online and in-person sessions at the Roxbury Branch of the Boston Public Library. We invite you to join one or many sessions where we will be learning / hearing from professionals who value scientific research and the important role community plays. Whether you have been diagnosed with diabetes, prediabetes, or live with someone with these diagnoses, you are welcome. Registration required for each session.

This session will be facilitated by Dr. Lucy Lomas where she will speak about the value of community and the power of knowledge when living with diabetes.

To attend this session, please register here.

Free grab bags of snacks will be available for the first 25 registrants to pick up at Stop and Shop, located at the Grove Hall Wellness Center; 460 Blue Hill Ave from 1:30- 5:30 on Thursday, 7/13.

Dr. Lomas will be joined by Nutritionist Christine Sinclair who will speak about the snacks provided in the grab bags.
