Rochambeau, Summer Shack and the Lyons Group will be hosting “An Amazing Night for Maizy Willis” culinary fundraiser on Thursday, April 27 to honor and celebrate the life of Lyons Group Culinary Director Tim Willis, who passed away suddenly in 2019, leaving behind his wife, Martha, and thirteen-year-old daughter, Maizy. All proceeds will go towards a 529 college fund for Maizy.
Kicking off at 7 p.m. at Rochambeau (900 Boylston Street, Boston, MA, the event will feature a dine-around, silent auction, music, drink specials and more. Each of the Lyons Group venues will be represented at a food station and will serve a signature dish from each restaurant. The silent auction will feature prizes such as hotel stays, sports memorabilia, Red Sox tickets, and much more. Mix 104.1 Radio Personality Kennedy Elsey from the “Karson and Kennedy Show” will be the master of ceremonies. There will also be notable guests from Boston’s culinary and sports scenes for guests to mix and mingle with, including Chefs Lydia Shire, Jasper White, Nick Calias, Dell Leandro, and Patriots player Matthew Slater.
