Both comedians have garnered followings on social media through stand-up and are regulars in the festival circuit. Together, they are Alpha Gays.
Sydney Stigerts: With her blonde pompadour and blunt sarcasm, Sydney Stigerts established herself in the comedy scene at a young age. She delights in skewering her millennial peers almost as much as she likes mocking her queer community. On stage, she is high energy, relatable, and would love to tell you a story. Her crowd work and wit on stage quickly made her a viral sensation leading to her first independent co-headlining tour — The Hot & Funny tour. She has performed at Big Pine Comedy Festival and Laughed Out Queer Festival in Las Vegas.
She is a regular opener for Jared Freid and has also opened for Cameron Esposito, Sophie Buddle, Bob the Drag Queen, and Jinkx Monsoon.
Maxx Eddy is a stand-up comedian and alpha male based in the San Francisco Bay Area. His dynamic stage presence and his sharp writing interweave to create a one-of-a-kind live experience for any audience. Whether he’s poking fun at his bisexual dating life or telling tales of the three extra years he spent with his parents, Maxx brings it.
Maxx is a paid regular at San Francisco Punch Line, Cobb’s Comedy Club and the San Jose Improv, and he has opened for Tim Dillon, Jinkx Monsoon, and Doug Stanhope. Stanhope once tweeted that Maxx was a “very funny kid,” and Maxx regularly opens for Doug on his California dates.
