What is Pilates?
Pilates is an exercise system that improves strength, flexibility, and balance. Pilates combines breath, movement, and proper body mechanics to enhance physical and mental awareness of how the body moves and feels.
About The Instructor:
Britney is a seasoned instructor, who creates classes that aim to nurture the body and strengthen the mind. She gained her knowledge of Pilates through study of lineages by Kathy Grant, Romana Kryzanowska, and the STOTT Pilates method.
Understanding that starting a new movement practice can feel intimidating, Britney takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for all. She loves meeting new faces and is passionate about empowering her students to build confidence and embrace their unique fitness journeys.
