For personal development, for community, and for fun, challenge yourself with this practice based on the battlefield arts of Japan.


Try out a free beginners class! No uniform required, but be sure to wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and that preferably cover your knees. Please try to arrive a little early to get settled in and stretch out.


Shobu Aikido is in Union Square, with on-site parking and easy access to multiple bus lines.
