Join Jill Rodgers for a special 2-hour workshop to explore your own active flexibility. Start the afternoon with a couple self-tests to find your baseline depth, take dynamic movement to warm the muscles and the joints, and try some unusual strength-building with props. You’ll work towards advanced postures that employ both the power and suppleness of your body: one-legged wheel, king pigeon, and hanumanasana (those splits!).
