How often do you wish you had greater capacity to empathize with your customers’ needs? Would you like to train yourself to see through their eyes? Have you ever hoped that, as a manager, your team could just get along or, as a team member, your boss understood you more?
If any of these questions resonate, this workshop is for you. Empathy is not a skill you're born with, but rather a mindset that you can learn and improve upon with practice, dedicated action, and desire to grow both personally and professionally.
In this highly interactive half-day session, you will learn:
Tools to develop empathy for your customer in a genuine way
Strategies for team development centered around building an authentic culture
Bonus: Tips and exercises to generate energy in presentations, team meetings, and throughout the workday
You'll learn these concrete tools as well as mental exercises to keep your empathy muscle strong.
Come dressed for comfort/movement and with an open mind and curiosity to try something new.
Tickets are limited to 25 participants for maximum workship effectiveness. A light lunch is included in the ticket price.
