Join adaptive athletes, local running clubs, and Achilles Boston at the Bionic 5K Virtual Run on Friday, April 24 through Sunday, April 26.


Run or walk your own 3.1 mile course between April 24-26;
1.) keep track of your time with your watch or phone
2.) upload the results (Strava is not necessary, but really helpful)
3.) post a photo to Facebook or Instagram and tag #Bionic5K and (at)Bionic5k.
