ACCIDENTAL DEATH OF AN ANARCHIST is a hilarious farce about deadly serious topics. The play’s action depicts a "maniac" infiltrating a police department during an internal investigation/cover-up into why a suspect was thrown from a fourth story window.
Our production is directed by James Peter Sotis, director of the IRNE Awards-nominated productions of Burning the Barn and Burning Up the Dictionary (both for Vagabond Theatre Group, his own company), as well as the Norton-nominated Breaking the Shakespeare Code. James also directed the Boston Globe hailed, and IRNE- and- Norton nominated Two Boys Lost (Stickball Productions), as well as True Believers, Supergravity and the Eleventh Dimension and A Southern Victory - Parts I, II, and III (Vagabond Theatre Group).
Come join us at First Church Boston on November 30 through December 17, Thursdays @7:30; Fridays @ 8pm; Saturdays @ 8pm; Sundays @ 5pm
First Church of Boston is at 66 Marlborough Street, in the Back Bay, right around the corner from the Boston Public Gardens and the Arlington Green Line stop.
This show is the first in Praxis Stage's second season. We are a theater company founded on November 9th, 2017, in the aftermath of the disastrous turn our nation took the day before, when it elected a particularly stupid and vicious gorilla as the head of our state.
We present plays to incite dialog and foment change.
Our Cast (in backwards-alphabetical order):
Alexandra Smith is The Sergeant(s)
Tenneh Sillah is Feletti
Alexander Castillo Nuñez is The Maniac
