It’s a Mixer. It’s a Meet Up. It’s International Dumplings, Darling! This fun, Pride-themed, hands-on cooking class focuses on Dumplings – the ultimate comfort food of dough wrapped around a filling – a staple in kitchens around the globe. We’ll start the evening with a charcuterie board and adults-only Pride Punch, followed by a class with Chef Thi. You’ll make Central European Pan-Fried Potato and Chive Perogies with Seasonal Greens and Sour Cream, Turkish Manti Dumplings with Lamb Sausage and Chive Yogurt Sauce, and Korean Mandu Dumplings with Vegetables and Spicy Soy Sauce. Join new friends around the communal table to enjoy the dumplings and an Asian salad. Dress with Pride if you’re coming to this class/mixer/meet up!
