WHAT: This Valentine’s Day wine, dine and seduce your significant other with a romantic rendezvous at Tryst, the award-winning boutique restaurant and lounge located just minutes outside of Boston in Arlington, MA. Named one of the “Most Romantic Restaurants” by Zagat, Tryst’s quaint backdrop will set the perfect mood for a weekend of Valentine’s Day surprises and romance while guests enjoy a special menu created by Executive Chef and Owner Paul Turano.
Chef Turano’s three-course, prix fixe Valentine’s Day menu will be offered exclusively on Saturday, February 13th and Sunday, February 14th, and on Friday, February 12th, 2016 it will be offered in addition to a special a la carte burger menu. Guests can relax, reminisce and indulge in Tryst’s specials beginning with appetizers such as Short Rib Ragu with gnocchi & truffle cheese, Lobster Bisque with sherry & butter poached lobster and Kale & Brussels Sprout Salad with toasted hazelnuts, parmesan and Verjus vinaigrette.
For the main course guests can choose from entrees such as the Everything Crusted Salmon with horseradish potatoes, braised cabbage and tarragon aioli, Chestnut Involtini with ricotta & chestnut stuffed pasta, toasted walnuts & sage, or Steak Frites with grilled flat iron, roasted kale, truffle fries, and béarnaise sauce. Finally, guests will get a small taste of three decadent desserts including Semi Sweet Chocolate Mousse, Espresso Ice Cream Profiterole with dark chocolate sauce, and Carrot Cake with Frangelico cream cheese frosting.
