Little Brothers – Friends of the Elderly, Boston celebrates its work relieving isolation of the elderly at A Taste of Grandma’s Kitchen, an evening of intergenerational friendship and socializing. Join us as we share bites in celebration of the diverse culinary traditions of Boston and recreate recipes inspired by our community. Guests will also receive a recipe book featuring favorite dishes from elders in the Boston community and professional chefs like Ana Sortun (Oleana) and Joyce Chen, whose joy of cooking is inspired by their parents and grandparents. The evening will feature a silent auction, and all the funds raised at the event will allow Little Brothers - Friends of the Elderly, Boston to expand its CitySites program to incorporate six new living communities in the next year, welcoming 60 new elders into its weekly activities.
