Enjoy the authentic tastes of France in your home kitchen. In this online interactive class, we’ll make delicious mixed vegetables tart baked with goat cheese, fish fillet with creamy shallots and white wine sauce served with green risotto, and poached pear, chocolate ganache and roasted almonds.
