FAQS:
How does this work?
The cat lounge will be accessible by reservation only. Reservations will be an hour long, and will be available on our website, https://asanctuarycafe.com/.
Are you taking reservations now?
Not yet! We're still waiting for our permanent resident cats to get fully acclimated to the space and one another.
When will you start taking reservations?
When the cats tell us they're ready! (Hopefully by the end of August.)
How much will reservations be?
We're looking at $35-$40 per person, which will come with complimentary coffee and tea from our cafe!
How many cats do you have?
As of early August we have nine! (Not seeing anyone? They might be hanging out in our downstairs cat lounge space!)
Can kids visit the cats?
Our insurance policy for the cats stipulates that we can only have kids who are eight years and older in the cat lounge.
Our Guiding Principles:
One of the founding principles of A Sanctuary Cafe is to have a truly inclusive and welcoming space where all identities (and abilities) feel accepted and embraced. We hope that visitors will see this reflected in both big design decisions (adding a lift) and smaller day-to-day decisions (which books we choose to highlight).
