For too long, Ukraine’s history has been altered and misrepresented by the Russian propaganda machine. In truth, for nearly a millennium, Ukraine has played a pivotal rolein the geopolitics of Eastern Europe and beyond. It is the cradle of Eastern European civilization, a direct descendant of Kyivan Rus, and historically, the ongoing object ofexpansive policies by neighboring countries.
On June 28, Ukraine’s Constitution Day, join us for a conversation about Ukrainian history and Ukraine’s place on the contemporary world stage. The esteemed panelists willdiscuss a century of Russian aggression towards both Ukraine and its people as well as explore the global implications of the current war.
The panel discussion will be followed by a Q&A as well as networking opportunities.
