Antipasto: Nantucket Bay Scallops, Celeriac Purée, Sherry Gastrique, paired with Cincoro Tequila Blanco 


Farinaceo: Butternut Squash, Basil Tortelloni, Shaved White Truffles, Cacio e Pepe, paired with Cincoro Tequila Reposado 


Carne del Giorno: 55-Day Wet Aged Ribeye Cap, White Truffle Potatoes, Asparagus, Bordelaise, paired with Cincoro Tequila Añejo 


Dolce: Chocolate Soufflé, Crème Anglaise, paired with Cincoro Tequila Extra Añejo
