It's the famous Scottish Poet Robert Burns Birthday!

What better way to celebrate than enjoying beer and both learning about various poetry types and writing your own poem about beer?


Your Craft Beer Concierge will lead you in an education and history about two dark beer styles from Portico Brewing, their Sett 7 Scotch Ale and Hurkle Durkle Dunkel. Hurkle Durkle has a fun meaning in Scottish and you'll learn what it is when you attend.


You'll also get a chance to refresh your memory on a few easy styles of poetry writing, hear some of Robert Burns classic ones (he even wrote a poem about ale!), and then get a chance to win prizes by writing and sharing your own "Ode to Beer"


Your ticket includes 2 half pours of the beers mentioned above. A great cozy evening awaits in good company - come on out!
