“5K Run for Recovery, Walk for Wellness” is a Family Friendly event hosted by Brady's Foundation taking place in Wilmington, MA in memory of those we have lost to addiction.

5K TIMELINE
Registration begins at 8:30 AM
Kid’s Races are from 9:30 – 10:15 AM
5K Run & Walk Start Time – 10:30 AM
Sign-in and race day registration will take place the Wilmington Town Common located at 143 Middlesex Avenue, Wilmington.
Additional option: for Online registered attendees you are invited to pick up your Numbers/Bibs, pre-ordered merchandise on the day before the race at Wilmington Town Common between 4:00-5:00pm.
THE COURSE
The course leads you through the streets of Wilmington on a familiar route that has been part of many 5K events over the years. There are slow building inclines and declines throughout the 5K course. The starting line is next to the Wilmington Town common on Route 62/Church Street. You will head north on Route 62, then right onto Wildwood Street, Left onto Woburn Street, Left onto Federal Street, Left onto Middlesex Ave. The finish line is next to the Town Common where the race began. There will be cones and direction for all runners and walkers throughout the course, as well as water stations for a refreshment!
ONLINE REGISTRATION & FEES

Online registration closes on Thursday June 7 at midnight.

Registrations will be accepted in person on race day, but we encourage you to register in advance.

T-SHIRTS
Event T-shirts are available for pre-order during the registration process. You can pick them up at registration on the day of the event OR the day before at the Wilmington Town Common from 4:00-5:00pm.

Event T-Shirts will be available for purchase day of event, as well.
NUMBERS/BIB PICK UP
Numbers will be available for pickup on the day of the Race at Registration or the Saturday beforehand (August 26th) from 4:00-5:00pm at the Wilmington Town Common. Every participant will have a bib provided by RaceWire. Each participant is chip timed and will receive timed results. You must wear the number to be timed and scored.
PARKING
Parking: Parking Lots are available within steps or a short walk from the Wilmington Town Common and starting line.
You can utilize the Wilmington High School parking lot (159 Church Street)
Fourth of July building/student parking lot (141 Middlesex Avenue)
Saint Thomas Church (126 Middlesex Avenue)
