Hiking Tecumseh from Tripoli road! Tripoli Road is a bit longer than taking the standard route up from the ski area, at 6.2 miles but a bit less difficult. You'll be able to quickly cross Eastman Brook, twice! Mt. Tecumseh is the lowest of the NH 4000 footers. It's a good hike for intermediate level hikers and athletes/someone looking to cross it off the list! There are some long, steady, and fairly steep sections but overall the mountain is a good opportunity to test out new equipment and your capabilities. At the summit, there is a large rock with a semi-wooden summit view. We can stop for lunch, relax and take some photos!


Please bring hiking boots or trail runners, 2-3 layers (going to be windy and cold), gloves, 2 - 3 liters of water, food and snacks, hat, sunglasses, and bug spray.
