A powerful nor’easter is expected to arrive in Massachusetts on Monday evening, February 1st. Because temperatures will hover above freezing in Greater Boston, there will be a rain/snow line in play for this storm, explains WBZ’s Eric Fisher. Local meteorologist Dave Epstein tweeted that heavy wet snow can be expected in the Boston area Monday night. Nevertheless, forecasters are predicting sizable snow totals:
