This affinity group provides an opportunity for those ages 18-35 to practice meditation in a supportive community setting.
Meetings are led by CIMC affinity group leaders Ben Poletta, Alex Baskin and Melanie Cherng.
These evenings start with a period of guided sitting practice and walking meditation, followed by time for sharing: dyads (partner work) and small or large group discussion. Appropriate for both new and experienced meditators.
Note: Masks are required at the Center
