You'll hardly believe what your eyes won't see when The Invisible Man (1933) hits the screen in stunning black and white! From there, Jeff Goldblum’s Brundlefly will transport you through skin-crawling body horror as you witness a transformation like no other in The Fly (1986)!
The only films more shocking than the first two in this program are the final five! Can you survive 12 hours of deranged doctors, or will you end up in the specimen jar!?
ABOUT THE INVISIBLE MAN (1933)
The signature adaptation of H.G. Wells’ The Invisible Man stars Claude Rains as a mysterious scientist who discovers a serum that makes him invisible. Covered by bandages and dark glasses, the scientist arrives at a small English village and attempts to hide his amazing discovery. He soon realizes, however, that the same drug which renders him invisible is slowly driving him insane and capable of committing unspeakable acts of terror.
ABOUT THE FLY (1986)
David Cronenberg's 1986 remake of The Fly electrified audiences with its ground-breaking, gooey effects and the riveting performance by Jeff Goldblum as Seth Brundle, a scientist whose teleportation experiment takes a tragic toll.
