Over the course of our 9 week Summer intensive, we will examine course materials and curated additional resources to gain a clear understanding of yoga history and the real-world application of key philosophical texts.

Through a combination of in person intensive weekends, virtual lectures, practice teaching and group discussion, it is our goal to provide each student with a comprehensive and rewarding experience that will equip them to safely and confidently lead any population with compassion and care.
