There's only one New Orleans, but the spirit of Mardi Gras is everywhere this coming week. Bring Bourbon Street to Boston with 17 parties, parades, concerts and more to help you laissez les bon temps rouler in style this weekend and on Fat Tuesday:
1) Mardi Gras at Faneuil Hall

What: Festivities include live music in the style of New Orleans jazz, a parade around Faneuil Hall, and discounted items from merchants. Restaurants will join in on the fun with funky cocktails and New Orleans-style foods.
2) Mardi Gras Celebration and Art Sale

What: Unbound Visual Arts' 8th annual Mardi Gras and Art Sale is the only Mardi Gras celebration with an arts theme in Greater Boston. Join an evening of fun and celebration with a live Mardi Gras jazz band, complimentary appetizers, a full cash bar, an art sale & show, dancing, a silent auction, and more.
3) Fat Tuesday Louisiana Line Dancin' Party
