In honor of our 20th Anniversary, this year's Tapas Challenge will be a battle between Andy Husbands and two of his former Chefs de Cuisine.

With each course comes a common ingredient the chefs must then incorporate into their dish. **Poll To Come**


Each course will be judged based on three categories, taste, presentation and creativity.
