100 days from a goal race marks the start of serious training. We start to orient our days around our ambitions. January 6th, 2019 signals the 100 day countdown to Boston and this year, in addition to our weekly speed and tempo runs from the Trackhouse, we’ll be hosting weekly supported Sunday morning long runs, including four course preview runs on the Marathon route. Whether you’re training for Boston or another spring race, we hope you’ll join us for some miles this winter.

All Sunday Long Runs in the 100 Days will feature:
- Route options of varying distances
- Pre-run coffee by Linden & True and light snacks
- Access to lockers, bag check and stretching aids
- Coaches on hand to answer any training-related questions
- Support stations on the route stocked with water and gels
10 pace groups: 6:30 pace, 7:00 pace, 7:30 pace, 8:00 pace, 8:30 pace, 9:00 pace, 9:30 pace, 10:00 pace, 11:00 pace, 12:00 pace.
- Post-run breakfast in the Eliot Lounge
- Access to our recovery room, complete with NormaTec Pants, Roll Recovery, Foam Rollers, Stretch Bands, and more.
Most Sundays will feature post-run physical therapy (by appointment only).


Four times before Boston, we’ll bus runners to various points along the marathon course for a preview long run. Space is limited, so please RSVP here: https://www.tracksmith.com/pages/100-days-out


100 Day Schedule:
All runs begin at 9am. Access to the Trackhouse will begin at 8am. Bus will leave at 8:30am on the Course Preview Run days marked below. (All Course Preview Long Runs require a reservation for the bus. Group Long Runs do not require a reservation.)
