Mei Mei Street Kitchen

Three words: Scallion. Pancake. Sandwiches. The sibling-run food truck and restaurant -- Mei Mei translates to “little sister” -- serves up all kinds of creative Chinese-American cuisine, but we’re especially impressed by the use of scallion pancakes instead of boring old bread in sandwiches like the Double Awesome: local greens pesto, cheddar, and two slow-poached-then-fried eggs.
