Growing up in the Zappa household, Dweezil Zappa MARVELED at his father Frank's virtuoso skills as a composer and guitarist. After his Frank's death, he was inspired to do something to honor his father. He set out to have the music speak for itself. If Zappa Plays Zappa was to become a conduit for a new generation of people discovering Frank Zappa's music, Dweezil wanted to do ensure that very little was lost in translation.
