Chris Schlesinger has long been the devil behind one of the Cambridge Restaurant scene’s most iconic special events, Hell Night! Inspired by his East Coast Grill staple, Pasta From Hell, Chris expanded Hell Night in the early 80's to become a bi-annual affair garnering guests in troves. At his newest venture, The Automatic, in partnership with resident Hillbilly Dave Cagle, and Chef Martin Su, Schlesinger is bringing back the fire... to your belly!


Some spicy appetizers have been announced for Hell Night, including:
-3 Drunk Devils on Horseback (Blue Cheese + Bacon dripping in Cherry Pepper Jam)
-Jamaican Jerk Wings (Scotch Bonnet Mango Sauce)
-Frito Pie from HELL (Chili, Longhorn Cheese, Inner Beauty Sauce)
-Martins Molten Lava Shrimp Ceviche (Rocoto Chiles, Toasted Cancha, Plantain Chips)
-Ginger Shrimp + Pork Dumpling Roulette (Soy Sesame, Black Vinaigrette)
