Learn about the basic science of isomalt -- a sugar derived from sugar beets – and about casting and coloring techniques used to make sugar sculptures, then craft your own decorative pieces to take home. Please bring a small box to transport your edible artwork. Tuition is for one parent and one child. Instructor: Linda Khachadurian
