Come learn from James Beard nominated Chef Tracy Chang and the chefs of PAGU! Our goal is to provide cooking enthusiasts the knowledge and experience to create what they love to eat!

Our classes run about 2 hours long and we will provide you with the tools, ingredients, and a goodie bag to take home. We hope that you will walk away from our experience with the skills and confidence to create something special at home.
In our Dim Sum class, you'll learn how to fold different dumpling shapes and shumai. After you fold, enjoy eating sticky rice, turnip cakes, and other Dim Sum favorites along with your delicate creations!
