This is the first of our series of New England Neighbor tasting events. We couldn't be happier to have Sam Adams and Island Creek Oysters both come in to help us launch this series. Join us for an interactive discussion on what's happening in their worlds and for a tasty five-course tapas and beer pairing menu. You can expect to find the following on the menu:


1) A selection of raw oysters with flavored pearls made from Sam Adams, Traveler, Angry Orchard, and Twisted products
2) Chargrilled oysters prepared in two styles: parmesan/herb, and sriracha lime butter
3) Fried oysters prepared in two styles: salt and pepper spiced, and panko-breaded with katsu sauce
4) Oyster and clam chowder
5) Surf & turf sliders with Oysters Rockefeller


Needless to say, this is an event for oyster lovers. Each dish will be paired with a different beer or beer-based cocktail.


Immediately following the event will be live music featuring Intravenus, an amazing five piece band that regularly graces the stage of Wally's Cafe and Jazz Club in Boston (the country's oldest running jazz club!)
