Co-presented by Ragen Chastain and Rachel Estapa, this experiential workshop is an opportunity for people of all ages, sizes, fitness levels, and abilities to explore the power of loving movement. Through a sampling of gentle dance and yoga, this workshop will help you experience the joyful motion of your own body within a supportive and safe community. After, guest are welcome to mingle and explore size-positive clothing from our sponsor.


ABOUT YOUR PRESENTERS:
Ragen Chastain is an internationally recognized thought leader in the fields of self-esteem, body image, Health at Every Size, and corporate wellness. She is a sought after speaker on the college, corporate, and conference circuits who has set the stage on fire everywhere from Google Headquarters to Cal Tech to the New England/New York College Health Association.
She is the author of the blog DanceswithFat.org, the book Fat: The Owner's Manual, editor of the Praeger Anthology The Politics of Size, serves on the Editorial Board for Fat Studies: An Interdisciplinary Journal of Body Weight and Society, and frequently gives expert commentary on radio, television and in print. Ragen is a featured interviewee in the documentaries America the Beautiful 2 - The Thin Commandments, and A Stage for Size. She lives in Los Angeles with her partner and their adorable dogs and is training for her first IRONMAN triathlon.


Rachel Estapa, founder of More to Love ®, is a certified life coach, certified Kripalu Yoga teacher, writer, speaker and social entrepreneur who educates and supports plus size people on approaches to positive body image and wellness, enabling all bodies to lead more empowered lives.
In 2016, her work was featured on Boston Channel 5's flagship program, Chronicle, and she was named Best Of The New 2015 by Boston Globe Magazine. Rachel has repeatedly appeared in Huffington Post, XOJane, The Boston Globe, YourTango, Daily Mail UK, Boston Innovation, Boston Magazine Online and many more media outlets. Rachel is a certified life coach, fully accredited by the International Coaching Federation and obtained her on-site training through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching in 2011. She is also a trained and certified yoga teacher in the Kripalu tradition.
