The Langley-Adams Library is sponsoring a Halloween Magic-Lantern Show on 10/21 at 7 pm in the Pentucket Regional Middle School Auditorium. Travel back in time with the family-friendly fun of America's only Victorian magic-lantern show, the kind of show that led to the movies! Join us for a popular 1890s combination of projected color images, live drama, live music, hilarious comedy, and boisterous audience participation. Some show highlights include The Raven and the song The Worms Crawl In.
This program is supported in part by a grant from the Groveland Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
