Back Bay restaurant and tavern Post 390, in partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of Boston and Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare Foundation, is hosting the first annual “Farm to Change” dinner to benefit the urban agriculture program at the Blue Hill Club in Dorchester. The dinner will feature a four-course menu specially prepared by chefs from Himmel Hospitality Group restaurants (Post 390 and Chef Eric Brennan; Grill 23 and Chef Jay Murray, Harvest and Chef Mary Dumont) and affiliated restaurant (Bistro du Midi and Chef Robert Sisca.) Each dish will feature produce grown in Dorchester by the Blue Hill Garden Club and produce from Himmel Hospitality Group restaurant’s local farm partners as well as special dessert creations and “farm inspired” drinks.
