We are thrilled to host the Boston premiere of the 2015 BASEMENT Media Fest, co-organized by Emerson alum LJ Frezza
The BASEMENT Media Fest is a survey of contemporary artists working with lo-def, lo-tech, and lo-fi motion picture techniques.
Founded in response to hi-res commercial media and corporate-sponsored film fests, BASEMENT is a celebration of the mediated experience as an aesthetic experience.
We'll be presenting a mixed program of celluloid and .movs, so definitely drag yerself over for a wide array of glitched, fuzzy, faded, and scratched.
For more info on tour dates and the fest in general, visit http://basementmediafest.com/
