Explore Korea's regional culinary delicacies! You'll learn traditional Korean cooking techniques to create flavorful, authentic recipes with regional ingredients. In this class in particular, we'll learn how to make kimchi and how to prepare a complete meal using it as a main ingredient. After making kimchi, we'll make savory kimchi pancakes and a mouthwateringly rich kimchi stew. Please come ready to learn and with a hungry stomach. Instructor: Micaela Yang
