Join Life Time Athletic Westwood in breaking the cycle of unsuccessful New Year's resolutions, and make a true commitment to embodying a healthy lifestyle this year. For the fifth time, Life Time is hosting their nationwide Commitment Day 5k, and their inaugural virtual 5k on January 1st. Commitment Weekend starts Friday, December 30th, and continues through Monday, January 2nd. During this time anyone, including non-members, is welcome to come and join the Life Time team. Special classes based around indoor cycling and yoga, such as Strike, Amp Cycle, Warrior Sculpt, and Alpha Training, will be open for anyone to get a taste of the unique features Life Time has to offer.
