PARKING: IMPORTANT TO NOTE: PARKING IS OFF-SITE (EXCLUDING HANDICAP) AT BUSINESSES ALONG NAGOG PARK DRIVE IN ACTON. FREE - DESIGNATED SHUTTLE BUSES WILL STOP ALONG NAGOG DRIVE BEGINNING AT 5 PM UNTIL THE PARK HAS CLEARED AFTER THE FIREWORKS. SHUTTLE BUSES WILL PICK UP THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE TO BE TRANSPORTED TO AND FROM THEIR VEHICLE - THIS IS A FREE SERVICE. SHUTTLE SERVICE BEGINS AT 5 P.M.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ALTERNATIVE TO ACCESS THE PARK: AT THE END OF NAGOG PARK DRIVE IS THE ENTRANCE TO THE TOWN FOREST TRAIL AT THE CIRCLE. THIS IS A 10 MINUTE TRAIL (DIRT/CLEARED) WALKWAY THAT MEETS WITH THE NORTH END OF NARA PARK. THIS TRAIL WALK IS THE SUGGESTED ACCESS TO AND FROM AND THE EVENT. THE TRAIL IS LIGHTED THROUGHOUT FOR THE NIGHT.
NOT REQUIRED - BUT ENCOURAGED -- PLEASE PRE-REGISTER ON EVENTBRITE (NO COST) IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND. You do not need to bring a print-out or show your eventbrite registration. If in the event of a cancellation or urgent update we can notify you easliy.
ALL PRE-REGISTRANTS TO THIS EVENT WILL BE ENTERED TO WIN A PAIR OF TICKETS TO A CONCERT OF YOUR CHOICE FOR THE 2024 NARA SUMMER CONCERT SERIES. WINNER MUST BE PRESENT AT EVENT AND WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT BAND INTERMISSION.
FOOD VENDORS: There will be assorted food vendors onsite with an array of options from 5 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. offering grilled and fried foods to ice cream and soft drinks. Some vendors may accept credit cards, however, some may not.
DONATIONS ARE IMPORTANT TO HELP US FUND THIS EVENT AND KEEP IT GOING. YOUR SUPPORT IS NEEDED AND GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

No alcohol, drugs, weapons are permitted to be brought on event property. No Large Bags - all bags are subject to search.
This is a non-smoking facility.
All areas of the park are general admission - lawn seating.
Bring your own lawn chair/blankets. No access or tresspass near fireworks area permitted.
The Town of Acton reserves the right to refuse entry.
Any person(s) who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly, enters stage or back stage area will be asked to leave the premises. No refunds will be issued for dismissal.
We ask that you please refrain from bringing you dog to this event. There are too many people to make it safe and fireworks are not dog friendly.
The Town of Acton has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event. If the performer requests that no photos, video be taken, please follow their request. Not following their request may result in being asked to leave, no refund will be issued.
In the event that we have to cancel an event for any cause beyond our control including, without limitation, act of God, war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strike, lock out, weather, third party injunction, pandemic, national defense requirements, acts or regulations of national or local governments we do not assume any liability.
It is the attendees responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled or re-scheduled and the date and time of any rescheduled event. Please visit the Town of Acton (actonma.gov) page if you are in question if the event has been canceled, delayed or postponed. NO RAIN DATE IS PLANNED.
Where reasonably necessary, the Town of Acton reserves the right to make alterations to the published event program.
Atttendees must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements, and Town of Acton regulations while at the event.
Neither the Town of Acton, its employees, volunteers, band performers and production crew will be responsible for any injury sustatined, items lossed, theft or damage of your personal belongings at this free event.
Portable toilets including ADA units will be available.
NARA is a 40 acre park with a large amphitheater that has a large bowl shape. The fireworks can be viewed from all areas of the park easily. The amphitheater can hold up to 6,000.
All events are open to non-Acton residents.
